It seems there is a running epidemic seizing this country; everyone knows someone training for a half marathon, joining a run club or just completing a couch to 5K. Socks:
A good pair of sports socks makes a world of difference when it comes to running. Nothing is more irritating than a sock that constantly slips off your heel while you are sprinting along. An ill-fitting sock can also lead to some horrible blisters (running already does a number on your feet, no need to make it worse).
